• Account data: name, last name, email and password (hashed with bcrypt) when you register.
• CV content: we store your resume text. Automatic anonymization is applied before sending it to AI models.
• Analysis results: RQI and IFS scores, reports, and history.
• Cookies: necessary session cookies and advertising cookies if you accept them (Google AdSense).

3. Purpose of processing

• Provide the CV analysis service (RQI and IFS).
• Save your analysis history if you have a registered account.
• Send you the newsletter if you gave your explicit consent.
• Show advertising through Google AdSense (only with your consent).
• Improve the service through anonymous technical analysis.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, data portability, and object to processing. You can exercise them from your profile or by contacting us at hola@cerebrocv.com.

5. Cookies

6. Data retention

Account data is retained while you have an active account. When you delete your account, personal data is deleted and analyses are anonymized.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: HTTPS, bcrypt for passwords, CV anonymization, rate limiting and error monitoring.

8. Third parties

We use: Mistral AI (CV analysis), Google AdSense (advertising), Sentry (errors). These providers have their own privacy policies.
